Is the trial really free?

Yes. You get 14 days to set up your business, take bookings, and connect Paystack. Cancel anytime before the trial ends — no charge.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No platform cut on top of Paystack. Clients pay you through your own Paystack keys; you keep the settlement Paystack pays you (minus Paystack’s normal fees).

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade when you add locations or need Growth features. Downgrade at renewal if you no longer need the higher tier.

What about SMS costs?

SMS is optional. Connect Hubtel or Mnotify in Settings and enable reminder preferences — you pay your SMS provider directly for messages sent.
